FIMA ATG ("the App") is a tank gauging application developed for FIMA Corporation Berhad and operated by Xenix Systems Sdn Bhd. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Location Data: GPS coordinates are collected during tank gauging operations to verify the operator is on-site. Location is only captured when you actively submit a gauge reading.
• Camera/Photos: The app may access your camera to capture gauge reading photos as evidence. Photos are uploaded to the company server and not shared externally.
• NFC Data: The app reads NFC tags installed on tanks to identify which tank is being gauged. No personal data is read from NFC.
• Device Information: Basic device information for troubleshooting purposes.

• To record tank gauging measurements with location verification
• To attach photographic evidence to gauge readings
• To identify tanks via NFC tags

Data Storage and Security

All data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored on private servers managed by Xenix Systems Sdn Bhd. Data is accessible only to authorized FIMA personnel. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to any third parties.

Data Retention

Gauging records are retained as part of FIMA's operational records for as long as required by business and regulatory requirements. Account credentials are retained while your account is active.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

This App is intended for use by authorized employees and contractors only. It is not directed at children under 18.
